Round Drip Irrigation Pipe Machine consists of extruder, screening device, sizing device, head die, cooling device, punching device and winding machine. Has the following features：
1、 Extruder would feeding 100% recycling material.
2、 Co-extrusiontechnology: 1 layer, 2 layer or 3 layer irrigation pipe Co-extrusion technology.
3、 PLC control system: PLC control whole line, and has Remote guidance and service support system; Uniform spacing/Group spacing/Plain Pipe/Sample features included in PLC.
4、 Gravimetric system: Gravimetric Blender with Extrusion Process Control.
5、 Perforation unit: servo motor control, drilling 2 hole, 4 hole on each dripper.
6、 Punching speed: 350-400pcs dripper/min.
7、 Dripper space: 10 cm to 1000 cm spacing setting for different configuration pipe.
8、Winder:
--double position；
--Semi-automatical winder；
--Full automatically winder and online strap packing system.
