German technical background VOK®- Disper 2080 Wetting Dispersant

It is used as a wetting and dispersing agent to stabilize titanium dioxide, inorganic pigment and filler in water-based paint system, and has no adverse effect on water resistance, corrosion resistance and contamination resistance. Recommended for water-based anti-corrosive primer and DTM light anti-corrosive paint system as well as water-based wood and furniture paint.

Features and Benefits

VOK®- Disper 2080 makes pigment deflocculate through electrostatic stabilization. Its deflocculating property can improve the gloss of the paint film and reduce the viscosity of the abrasive. Because of its hydrophobicity, it can reduce the water absorption of the entire coating system, thereby improving the corrosion resistance and stain resistance of the coating. VOK®- Disper 2080 is especially suitable for water-based anti-corrosive primer and DTM light anti-corrosive paint system, which can improve the wet adhesion and dry adhesion of the paint.
