Product features and advantages VOK®- DF 1679 is an easy to add defoamer for water-based adhesive system. The additive is very suitable for adding to the low viscosity system without high shear force. It is especially suitable for defoaming of primary polyethylene lotion (for example, HORDAMER type). VOK®- DF 1679 can be added to the cooling circulating water for defoaming.
Recommended dosage
0.1-0.8% auxiliary dosage (supply form) is based on the general formula or cooling water quality.
The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the appropriate dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.
Adding method and processing guidance
The additive can be added at any time of production. When used for underwater granulation, the additive can be directly added to the cooling water.
