VOK®-ETOL-OK is a non-silicone surface additive for solventborne coatings to prevent surface defects and improve leveling.

Application areas 

The additive prevents surface defects such as craters, needle eyes, air bubbles and orange peel. It also prevents bubbles and improves leveling. It is recommended for solvent-borne, self-drying and lacquer systems. 

Recommended dosage

2-7% of the additive dosage (form of supply) is based on the total formulation. 

The above recommended dosage is for reference only, and the appropriate dosage needs to be determined after a series of tests. 

Addition method and processing guidance 

The additive can be added at any stage of production, including post-adding.
