Simple And Firm Structure Working Stably Magnetic Flap Liquid Level Meter Operating Principle

Magnetic Flap Liquid Level Meter can be applied in liquid level measurement of tower, tank, slot, spherical vessel, boiler and other containers. It’s designed to be high sealing performance and anti-leaking. It is suitable for the occasions of high temperature, high pressure and strong corrosion resistance.

Magnetic Flap Liquid Level Meter has two main parts, a cavity with a floating ball called measuring tube or main tube, and a indicating panel. The cavity is connected with medium tank through flanges or other suitable connection types. So the floating ball indicating medium level in the measuring tube will go up and down along with the level in the tank. The floating ball has a permanent magnet which will attract the corresponding magnetic colored flaps to turn over. Then the actual value of medium level will be shown clearly in the indicating panel, people can read easily .
