Simple Install Tuning Fork Level Switch Maintenance Free Operating Principle
NYYCUK tuning fork level switch is a new type of level switch. It is designed and manufactured by the principle of tuning fork vibration. Firstly, it drives the tuning fork through the piezoelectric chip on the sensing rod seat, then another piezoelectric chip receives the vibration signal, so that the vibration signal can be circulated and the sensing rod can generate resonance. When the material contacts the sensing rod, the vibration signal gradually decreases until the resonance stops, and the control circuit will output the signal. Due to the natural principle that the sensitivity of the sensing rod decreases from the front to the back seat, when the materials in the barrel groove pile up around the barrel and touch the sensing rod seat (rear) or discharge, no false signal will be generated. In short speaking, the tuning fork generates mechanical vibration under the excitation of piezoelectric chip, which has a certain frequency and amplitude. When the tuning fork is immersed in liquid or solid, its vibration frequency and amplitude will change. The electronic circuit detects the frequency change and outputs a switching signal.
Tuning Fork Level Switch Design Feature
◎ Suitable for measuring medium density solid powder or particle that can flow freely. It is also applicable to all liquid media. This series of tuning fork level switches can measure a variety of material levels, with high/low fault safety limit switches, overflow or idling protection, pump control, and display whether there is/is no flow in the pipeline.
◎ it is not affected by foam, eddy current and gas, and is suitable for fixed-point alarm or control of solid material level in various silos and liquid level in various containers. A variety of models can be suitable for different occasions. Long service life, stable performance, safety and reliability.
◎ Strong adaptability: different electrical parameters and densities of the measured materials will not affect the measurement. Severe conditions such as scaling, agitation, turbulence, bubbles, vibration, medium viscosity, high temperature and high pressure also have no effect on the detection.
◎ No adjustment is required, and it is not affected by the dielectric constant and density of the measured medium, so no matter what kind of liquid is measured, on-site adjustment is not required.
◎ Maintenance free. The testing process of tuning fork switch is completed by electronic circuit. There are no moving parts. Once it is installed and put into operation, it does not need to be adjusted on site.
