Product introduction
TD6952-CHJ sanitary ceramic load-bearing testing machine (hereinafter referred to as the testing machine) adopts synchronous motor acceleration and deceleration machine as the sample loading, to test the load resistance of the sample. This equipment conforms to the test equipment requirements of 8.7 load-resistance test method in GB/T6952 -- 2015 "Sanitary Ceramics". It is suitable for the detection of toilet seat, urinal, face washer, sink, shower tray and other products. The machine has the advantages of simple operation, stable loading, high measurement accuracy and high degree of automation. It is an ideal equipment for various sanitary ceramic products to carry out load resistance test.

3. Structure description
The testing machine is composed of the main machine and electrical box (not installed together with the main machine) two parts. The main engine structure (as shown in Figure 1), the electrical box part is composed of pneumatic components and electrical components. There are quick connectors and pneumatic connectors for electrical appliances on the outside of the box.
Test pull out the sample frame, in accordance with the test sample connection mode, adjust the mounting plate on the sample frame, the sample is fixed, and turn the handwheel lift cover, so that the indenter is in the required position, and then advance the sample frame assembly, and tighten the lock handle; When the pressure gauge is displayed as zero, press the loading button, and the testing machine starts to run automatically. The indenter assembly drops slowly. If you keep pressing the loading button, the indenter assembly will drop rapidly. When the indenter contacts the measured surface and reaches the set test force value, the testing machine will start automatic timing. After the load keeps the required time, the indenter will automatically return to the position and the equipment will be in standby state waiting for the next test. During the test, observe and record whether there is deformation or visible damage to the structure. The testing machine has two protective baffle plates to prevent the test debris from wounding; Press the return button at any time to terminate the test, the indenter will automatically return to the initial position. After the test, turn off the power and remove the sample to protect the equipment.
