VMC1160 vertical machining center features:
1. The bed, worktable, sliding seat, column, spindle box and other large pieces are made of high-strength cast iron, and the molding is resin sand process, with two aging treatments to eliminate stress. The rigidity and stability of large parts and the whole machine are improved, and the machine tool deformation and vibration caused by cutting force are effectively suppressed.
2. The X, Y, Z axis guide rail pairs adopt rolling linear guide rail. The servo motor is directly connected to the high-precision ball screw through an elastic coupling to reduce the middle link and realize gapless transmission. The dynamic and static friction is small, the sensitivity is high, the high-speed vibration is small, the low speed does not creep, the positioning accuracy is high, the servo drive performance is excellent, and the precision and precision stability of the machine tool are improved.
3. After the complete set of bearing spindles are assembled under constant temperature, they pass dynamic balance correction and running in test, which improves the service life and reliability of the complete set of spindles. It can realize stepless speed regulation within the speed range. The spindle is controlled by the motor built-in encoder, which can realize the spindle orientation and rigid tapping functions.
