Features of toothed step plate:

Its structure is simple. Spot welding on the steel beam during installation is simple, economical and practical. This kind of step board is widely used in many projects. The cost of this type of toothed step board is about 20% lower than that of replacing it.
T2 toothed step plate is made of ordinary flat steel by spot welding. The end plate is installed at both ends of the pedal by spot welding. There is a round hole and a long round hole with a diameter of 14mm on the end plate. The corner of the end plate with long round holes is chamfered to facilitate installation. After fabrication, holes shall be drilled on the steel beam for installation with bolts. This kind is also widely used, with the characteristics of being detachable and reusable
T3 toothed tread plate, this type of metal tread plate is widely used in tread plate varieties. The front end is spot welded with pattern plate corner protector, which is beautiful, anti-skid and wear-resistant. Spot welding is adopted for installation, which is simple and time-saving. This kind of pedal covers the sharp edges and corners with a pattern plate to avoid serious injury caused by sliding and bumping.
T4 toothed tread plate, T4 toothed tread plate combines the advantages of bolt installation of T2 toothed tread plate and the advantages of beautiful and safe T3 toothed tread plate. It can be installed with bolts for easy disassembly and assembly; We also spot weld the angle protection of pattern plate, which is beautiful and safe. High reuse rate, which combines the advantages of the above, and the product price is also high in this series.
