The hot-dip galvanized steel grating is an original plate made of load flat steel and cross bars arranged at a certain distance in longitude and latitude, welded on a high-voltage resistance welding machine, and deeply processed through cutting, cutting, opening, edge wrapping and other processes to become a finished product required by customers.
Hot dip galvanized steel grating is divided into the following types:
1. Hot dip galvanized steel grating: according to the manufacturing process, press welding hot dip galvanized steel grating and press locking hot dip galvanized steel grating are considered
2. According to the surface shape of hot-dip galvanized steel grating, it can be divided into toothed hot-dip galvanized steel grating and planar hot-dip galvanized steel grating
3. I-type hot-dip galvanized steel grating and composite hot-dip galvanized steel grating.
Identification method:
(1) Center to center spacing of hot-dip galvanized steel grating flat steel: according to series: Series 1 is 30mm; Series 2 is 40mm; Series 3 is 60mm.
(2) Center to center spacing of cross bar of hot-dip galvanized steel grating: 100mm for Series 1 and 50mm for Series 2. Other specifications can be customized.
(3) Hot dip galvanized steel grating flat steel: the material is Q235A or stainless steel, which has ordinary plane type, anti-skid tooth type and section I type. Common specifications include 20 * 5, 25 * 5, 25 * 3, 32 * 5, 32 * 5, 40 * 5, 40 * 3, 50 * 5, 65 * 5, 75 * 6, 100 * 8, 100 * 10, etc.
(4) Cross bar of hot-dip galvanized steel grating: round steel, twisted square steel, square steel or hexagonal angle steel made of Q235A or 304 stainless steel. Twisted square steel is drawn and twisted by a square die with a circular disk. Its common specifications are 5 * 5, 6 * 6, 8 * 8mm, etc.

Acid alkali corrosion ability: in the range of pH 6 to pH 12.5, a stable protective film is formed on the surface of the zinc layer, which has good corrosion resistance.
