Hot dip galvanized steel grating is also known as "steel grating platform". The platform steel grating is a kind of steel product that uses flat steel to cross arrange according to a certain spacing and cross bars, and is welded into a square lattice in the middle. Classification of platform steel grating
1. According to the welding method, it can be divided into: pressure welded platform steel grating, embedded platform steel grating, locking platform steel grating and welding platform steel grating.
2. According to the shape of the side surface of the load flat steel, it can be divided into: plane section steel grating, tooth section steel grating and "I" section steel grating.
3. According to its use, it can be divided into: platform steel grating, steel grating trench cover plate, steel grating step plate, etc.
4. According to the spacing of load-bearing flat steel: the center distance of two adjacent load-bearing flat steel is usually 30mm, 40mm and 60mm.
5. According to the spacing of crossbars: the center spacing of two adjacent crossbars is usually 50mm and 100mm.
Characteristics of hot-dip galvanized steel grating
1. Skirting plates (edge plates), checkered plate guards and other accessories can be welded around, and connectors can be installed.
2. Use flat steel with different specifications from the load-bearing flat steel to wrap the edges, or use angle steel, channel steel, square pipe, etc.
3. Handle and hinge can be installed on the platform steel grating that needs to be moved or opened frequently.
4. The edge wrapping welding standard of platform steel grating is: one for every five wires in series 1; Series 2 is welded every four wires; Series 3 is welded every three. The weld shall be a single-sided fillet weld of no less than 3mm, with a weld length of 20mm.
