Steel grating, also known as grating, steel grating or grating plate, is welded from flat steel and twisted steel. Steel grating is durable and more affordable than other products. Its main uses are in power plant platform, parking lot platform, maintenance platform, ditch cover and step board. It is also used in environmental protection equipment and sewage treatment. Zhengyang steel grille is widely used in platforms, walkways, trestles, ditch covers, well covers, ladders, fences, etc. in petrochemical industry, power, tap water, sewage treatment, port terminals, building decoration, shipbuilding, self-propelled parking, municipal engineering, environmental sanitation engineering and other fields.
The width of the gap between the grid bars can be set according to the method of removing dirt and the requirements of the water pump. The gap between the grid bars for manual removal is generally 16 ~ 25mm. The grating in front of the grit chamber or sedimentation tank is generally 15-30mm, and the maximum is 40mm. There are three kinds of commonly used mechanical slag removal equipment, namely chain type, mobile type and wire rope traction grid trash remover.
According to the size of the grid bar spacing, the grid is divided into three categories: coarse grid, medium grid and fine grid. According to the slag removal methods of the grid, there are three kinds of artificial grid, mechanical grid and hydraulic removal grid. According to the different structural characteristics of the grid, it can be divided into many forms, such as grab rake type, circulation type, arc type, rotary type, drum type, rotary type, tooth rake type and ladder type. Grid equipment is generally used on the inlet channel of sewage treatment or at the inlet of the sump of the lift pump station. Its main function is to remove large suspended or floating objects in sewage, so as to reduce the treatment load of subsequent water treatment processes and protect pumps, pipes, instruments, etc. When the intercepted slag is more than 0.2m3/d, mechanical slag removal is generally adopted; When the slag amount is less than 0.2m3/d, manual slag removal or mechanical slag removal can be adopted.
