Application:
Ball warp dyeing is so called rope dyeing, with complete new denim dyeing processing, it's different with conventional sheet form dyeing. Rope dyeing machine is the most advanced equipment for processing top grade denim and colored denim.
Main Technical Characteristics:
High dyeing efficiency, dyeing speed up to 5-36 m/min, 50% higher than normal sheet sizing-dyeing machine. Good dyeing quality, even color and luster, color-cast deep dye, few chromatism.
After processed by leasing machine, side-to-center shading can be solved completely, because it has high color fasten and good quality in sizing beam.
Denim producing process:
Ball warping → Dyeing → Leasing → Sizing → Weaving
This is good for sizing process, obviously improve the sizing quality. When using airjet looms, the average efficiency is not less than 95%. The warp beam from ball warp dyeing is much better than normal sheet sizing-dyeing machine, then increase the loom efficiency. Good doffing quality, easy and convenient operation. Continuous running without consumptions, suitable for volume-produce.
