HY3310 Rubber Rotorless Rheometer is used to determine the vulcanization characteristics of a rubber compound. It can dynamically display temperature curve and curve of shear modulus- vulcanization time under set temperature and pressure. It consists of main machine, temperature determination and control system, sensor, computer, data collector, printer and electrical components.

Testing Result:

ML : Min. torque (dNm)—The testing value of sample’s vulcanization characteristics (viscosity) before vulcanization.
MH : Max. torque (dNm)—The testing value of sample’s shearing modulus or rigidity. Including even torque, max. torque for returning curve, and the max. torque during the specific period of no even or returning curve happens.
Ts1 (min)—The time when the torque increases to ML +1dNm, the angle of oscillation is 0.5° or 1°. This figure shows the scorch time.
Ts2 (min)—The relative time when the torque increases to ML +2dNm, the angle of oscillation is 3°. This figure shows the scorch time.
T10 (min)—The time when the torque increases to ML + 10 (MH - ML ) / 100dNm. This figure shows the scorch time.
T30 (min)—The time when the torque increases to ML + 30 (MH - ML ) / 100dNm.

 

T60 (min)—The time when the torque increases to ML + 60 (MH - ML) / 100dNm.
T90 (min)—The time when the torque increases to ML +90 (MH - ML) / 100dNm. This figure shows the optimum cure time.
