Product Description

HY0871 Ignition temperature tester is used to test the combustion and flame retardant properties of plastic materials. In the heating chamber of a hot air furnace, the samples are heated at different temperatures and the escaping gas is ignited directly by a small flame in the opening above the furnace to determine the flashover temperature. The auto-ignition temperature is determined in the same way as the flash-over temperature, but no flame is applied.
