Triple-effect Forced Circulation Evaporator for Cobaltous Sulfate Recovery
Equipment: Triple-effect forced circulation evaporator;
Application: waste battery recycling;
Working medium: wastewater containing sulfates, mainly nickel/cobalt/ manganese sulfate.
Material: TA2.
The desulfurization solution treatment in acid battery recovery system. Evaporation and crystallization process is adopted to recover by product from the waste lead-acid battery wastewater, to achieve purpose of recycling.
Currently, there are numerous types of waste batteries, mainly lithium-ion batteries, nickel-metal hydride batteries and nickel-cadmium batteries. In the waste battery recycling wastewater treatment, as the wastewater containing sulfate materials (nickel/cobalt/ manganese sulfate) in a wide range of varieties, the water quality is complex and difficult to treat. Evaporation and crystallization can be adopted for treatment of waste battery wastewater.
