This machine IS suitable FOR small and medium-sized bag automatic packaging of granule materials in pharmaceutical, food, daily chemical and other industries with measuring requirements. Such as: small pill, infusion, coffee, white sugar, monosodium glutamate, fine granular pharmaceutical preparations.

2. The machine adopts PLC control, servo tracking synchronous linkage, reliable performance, easy operation, high degree of automatic control.
3. High degree of automation. The machine CAN BE FINISHED in one time from LONGITUDINAL cutting, LONGITUDINAL sealing, transverse sealing, filling and loading, coding, cutting easy tearing, transverse cutting, until the output of finished bags.
4. The combined sealing knife is used as the sealing mold. Back sealing, upper and lower transverse sealing alternating multi - column sealing. The seal is tight and compact. And the packing speed is fast, the bag shape is flat, exquisite and beautiful, and the packing efficiency is high.
5. Quick and convenient adjustment. The bag length can be adjusted stepless without changing the mold. And the longitudinal sealing, transverse sealing, filling, transverse cutting and other actuators can be adjusted through the man-machine interface.
6. Accurate filling measurement. For granular materials, it is specially equipped with push-pull integral metering plate feeding, and each row of bags can be adjusted accurately and conveniently.
7. The packaging bag is controlled by PLC in the forming process, so that each actuator can accurately and automatically synchronize positioning.
8. Photoelectric tracking system is adopted to ensure automatic marking of packaging bags and automatic counting function.
9. Strong adaptability to packaging materials, the sealing temperature of the machine has automatic control function, and high control accuracy (±1C° or so). It can adapt to a variety of packaging films produced at home and abroad, such as PET/AL/PE, PET/PE, NY/AL/PE, NY/PE, etc.
10. Additional functions can be added appropriately, such as flat cutting knife, dotted line knife, serrated knife and so on for bag cutting
