Product Description
KFHJ-1050/1200 High Speed Dry Laminating Machine
Laminator Features:
1.Machine control system with programmable control, man-machine interface operation.
2.PLC is responsible for the whole tension, speed and other data input and pre-processing, and is responsible for the control and the output of the machine control logic.
3.First unwinding , second unwinding, coating, rewind, these five part speed synchronization and tension configure all-digital AC frequency vector control system (inverter motor + Yaskawa inverter), closed-loop tension control, roller stable system to achieve international advanced level.
4.Coating device by the anilox roller coating, press, horizontal scraping ink,glue circulation device and spin coating roller components.
5.The drying oven segmented heating, automatic temperature control, in and out exhaust volume of air can be adjusted according to the process.
7.Guide roller in oven active synchronous operation, and equipped with penumatic lifting and film platform.
8.Lamination device heated by the bilayer thread typr lamination roll group, the supporting preheat roll, cooling roller and the main transmission system.
9.Two unwinding and rewinding device structure turret duplex, inflatable shaft clamping materials.
