Product Details
Galvanized Steel Sheet is produced by passing the Full Hard sheet which has undergone the acid washing process and rolling process through the zinc pot, thereby applying zinc film to the surface. It has excellent corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability due to Zinc’s characteristic. Usually hot dipped galvanized steel sheet and galvanized steel coil process and specifications are basically the same.
After the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is pulled out of the zinc pot, the appearance of the crystal grains formed as the zinc layer cools and solidifies is called spangles. The size, brightness and surface morphology of spangles depend on a series of factors, but they are mainly related to the composition of the zinc layer and the cooling method.
Smooth surface
The zinc layer has uniform thickness and strong adhesion.
No peeling and good corrosion resistance. The surface is very smooth and clean, zinc flower is symmetrical, beautiful.
Zinc coated
With the cold rolled steel of different strength and thickness
as substrate, it is produced through applying the zinc coat on both faces by hot dip process.
Corrosion resistance
Galvanized steel sheet is defined as a carbon steel sheet coated with zinc on both sides. Zinc coating is one of the most effective and economical methods to protect bare steel plates. Zinc can act as a barrier between steel and the environment, it will sacrifice itself to protect the steel plate below.
