Automatic carbon loading and unloading equipment conveys materials through negative pressure, and the conveying process adopts closed pipeline transportation without dust leakage; The particle size of conveying materials ranges from 0.2 micron to 1 millimeter, and we use the Ti07 filter made of imported filter materials. The filtration rate is 99.99%, and no dust will leak into the environment through the filter. The noise of the system is less than 70 decibels during operation.
2. Product features:
Our automatic carbon loading and unloading equipment is powered by Roots blower. When materials are sucked, air and materials enter the filter bin at the same time, while our filtering accuracy is 0.2 micron, and the filtering rate reaches 99.99%. Therefore, compressed air and a few small particles are discharged, so it will not pollute the environment.
Noise: Because there is no large mechanical equipment running, the noise of the system is less than 70 decibels during operation. It won't affect people's normal work. Simple: automatic control, arbitrary setting of suction and discharge time within 0~30 seconds.

3. Working principle:
Automatic carbon loading and unloading equipment forms a negative pressure air flow under vacuum. Under the action of this air flow, the transported materials instantly transport the bulk materials to another container through the hose or pipe for absorbing materials. Because the materials are always in a vacuum state during the transportation process, even if the pipeline leaks, the materials will not leak to the surrounding environment.
Work sequence:
A. Roots blower works to make the separation container of automatic carbon loading and unloading equipment produce vacuum. The material is sucked from the feed inlet through the suction hose and the suction inlet.
B, separating air and materials in the filter bin of the separation container, and collecting the materials in the bin. The cyclone prevents fine powder from entering the filter to improve the efficiency of the filter.
C. When the silo is filled with materials, the converter will automatically shut down, and the pressure in the conveying equipment will be balanced. When the discharge valve is opened, the material flows out through the discharge port and directly falls into the storage container.
D, when discharging, the filter chamber is automatically cleaned by the recoil airbag. Its special vibrator can assist blanking to improve the efficiency of conveying viscous substances.
E, the discharging cabin is closed, and the whole conveying process is started again.
4. Equipment components
The equipment is mainly composed of electric vacuum pump, filter bin and filter, recoil airbag, separation bin, pneumatic blanking valve, pneumatic vibrator, quick-opening connecting clamp, sealing ring (natural silicone rubber), control system and connecting system.
