Working process of automatic bag feeder
Simply speaking, the working process of the automatic bag feeder is: picking up empty bags, opening the bag mouth, and putting them into the blanking mouth. When the automatic bag feeder works, the automatic weighing system is linked and tested, whether the weight of materials is out of tolerance, whether the packaging bags are accurately put on, whether the folding and sealing machine is broken, whether the stacking system is normal, etc. The automatic bag feeder realizes all actions of artificial bag feeding, which is even better than manual bag feeding.
1. Picking up empty bags: the process of separating empty packaging bags from stacks of packaging bags. The suction cups suck the empty packaging bags from above, lift the air cylinder to pull up the packaging bags, and drag the migration device to the packaging bags to reach the opening position;
2. Opening the bag mouth: when the empty bag reaches the designated position, the upper and lower suction cups press the bag at the same time, and the bag mouth of the bag is pulled up and down. The bag grabbing hand reaches into the bag and grabs the upper and lower sides of the bag at the same time to complete the opening and grabbing of the bag;
3. Sleeve to the blanking port: the bag catcher grabs the bag and expands the bag port, the size of which is larger than the blanking port of the packaging scale, then turns the rocker arm to rise and sleeve the bag into the blanking port, thus completing the process of bagging and bagging the bag.
Linkage between automatic bag feeder and packaging machine
After the packaging bag is inserted into the blanking port, the front and rear clamping cylinders clamp the packaging bag under the control of the output signal of the controller, and at the same time, the clamping signal is transmitted to the general controller. After receiving the signal, the meter puts the materials into the packaging bag to complete the automatic packaging process.
