Product introduction of low-position stacker
Low-position stacker SW-ASL is mainly used for automatic stacking of small-volume packaging bags or boxes, with a speed of 200-400 bags (boxes) per hour. The low-level stacker mainly includes automatic bag-dumping device, flattening device, posture adjustment device, grabbing roller table, automatic pallet supply device, finished product pallet conveyor, lifting mechanism, servo positioning system and control system. The stacker can realize automatic bag dumping of packaging bags, and convey the packaging bags to the whole bag flattening mechanism for finishing and flattening. The conveyor automatically conveys the finished and flattened packaging bags to the posture adjusting mechanism for packing and grouping, and then the conveyor conveys the packaging bags to the grabbing roller table for grabbing. The automatic pallet supply system receives the instruction to automatically convey the tray to the designated position, and the bag grabbing mechanism grabs the packaging bags after receiving the signal from the roller table and neatly stacks them to the tray mechanism according to the preset procedure. After the stacking, the stacked packaging bags are removed by a forklift.
