During the working process of the automatic full-ton bag packing machine, tons of bags are rolled into a roll according to the specifications of 150 bags. The whole bundle of bags is manually put into the bag frame, and the empty bags move forward on the conveyor. When the bag mouth reaches the appropriate position, the sensor sends the signal of the bag in place to the general control PLC, and the PLC gives an instruction. The upper and lower suction cups suck the bag mouth and pull it away. The manipulator clamps the bag mouth, moves the bag forward and lifts it, and puts the bag into the blanking opening. At the same time, after receiving the successful signal of bagging, the weighing system puts the materials into tons of packaging bags according to the set gravity to complete the filling of the materials. After filling, the bag supporting mechanism stretches the bag mouth, the ultrasonic sealing machine sews the bag mouth, the auxiliary mechanism arranges the bag mouth, and the posture adjusting mechanism lifts the bag strap and adjusts the strap direction, which is beneficial to the automatic stacking of the subsequent stacking system. At this point, the system completes the full-automatic filling process of one ton bag.
