Product introduction of manipulator stacker

Robot stacker is also called palletizing robot, because it is grabbed like a hand and then put in a designated position. It is composed of flattening and finishing, buffer conveyor, grab roller table, tray machine, manipulator and other devices, which can stack all kinds of packaging bags and boxes, and has the characteristics of high stacking speed and high automation level.

Working process of manipulator stacker

When the palletizing robot palletizes the packing boxes, the packing boxes are directly transported to the grabbing roller table for grabbing and palletizing. The details of palletizing the packing bags are as follows:

1. The finished bulk packing bag is in a standing state after being folded and sealed, pushed down by an air cylinder to make it lie flat, then it is straightened to the middle of the conveyor belt by a disc rotating device, and the lifting belt is selected according to the site layout;

2. Flatten the qualified packaging bags with a flatting machine, so that the bag shape is in a flat state;

3. It is detected that the packaging bag is conveyed to the grabbing roller table, the manipulator reaches the positioning point, opens its gripper and descends to pick up the packaging bag, and the robot and gripper release the gripper according to the preset rotation angle, and the packaging bag falls onto the stack;

4. After the whole stacking is finished, the forklift will be unloaded, and the pallet warehouse will supply new pallets.
