It is mainly used in housing construction, bridges, tunnels, power stations, large water conservancy projects on the cutting of steel bars; also suitable for construction projects on a variety of ordinary carbon steel, hot tied round steel, rebar cutting.

Operating procedures
1. Check the sensitivity of the power leakage protector and the integrity of the isolation switch before use.
2. The material frame and material trough should be installed straight and aligned with the centerline of the guide hole, straightening hole and lower cutter hole, and no objects should be stacked on the machine to prevent accidents caused by mechanical vibration.
3. Turn the flywheel by hand, check the transmission mechanism and work device, adjust the gap, fasten the bolts, confirm normal, then start the air rotation; check the bearings should be free of abnormal noise, gear meshing is good, and only after normal operation can work.
4. According to the diameter of the straightening machine, choose the appropriate straightening block and transmission speed. After debugging qualified, before feeding. Short than 2m or diameter greater than 9mm straightening steel, should be carried out at low speed.
5. Do not feed before the straightening block is fixed and the protective cover is not covered. It is strictly forbidden to open each guard and adjust the gap during operation.
6. The straightened material should be cut off before feeding. A 1m-long steel pipe should be installed in front of the guide hole, and the steel bar must be fed through the steel pipe and then into the guide hole of the straightening front.
7. After the steel bar is fed into the roller, the hand and the roller must be kept at a certain distance, not close. It is strictly forbidden to wear gloves.
8. When the steel is straightened until the end, the personnel must be out of the way to prevent the steel from electric injury.
9. The temperature of the shaft should be paid attention to frequently during the work, if the temperature rises above 60°, it should be stopped to find out the reason. After the operation, the straightening block should be loosened to return to the original position, while the pre-pressure spring must be returned to position.
10. Close the electric switch after operation, clear the debris around the equipment in time, stack the materials neatly and keep the construction site tidy.
11. Do regular maintenance and inspection of the equipment to ensure the cleanliness, lubrication and safe use of the equipment.
