Mask Synthetic Blood Penetration Tester

Instrument Introduction

The mask synthetic blood tester is used to test the resistance of the mask to the penetration of synthetic blood under different levels of test pressure. The mask material is tested with synthetic blood under continuously applied pressure, and the penetration of synthetic blood on the material is visually checked.

1. The convex sample reset device can simulate the actual use state of the mask, leave the test target area without damaging the sample, and distribute the synthetic blood in the sample target area.

2. The specially-made constant-pressure injection device can inject a certain volume of synthetic blood within a controlled time.

3. It can fully simulate the injection speed corresponding to the average blood pressure of 10.6kpa, 16kpa and 21.3kpa in the human body to conduct the test.

4. The instrument is equipped with a fixed target plate, which can block the high-pressure part of the sprayed liquid flow, and only allow the steady-state flow to be sprayed on the sample, which increases the accuracy and repeatability of the liquid velocity sprayed on the sample.
