APPLICATION:
These cables are designed for areas where the integrity of the electrical circuit is critical in maintaining power supply, mainly used in high-rise buildings and some important public places which has higher fire resistant. they are suitable for fixed installation and laying indoor, cable tray, in tunnel.
STANDARDS:
Cable design to Q/320481SS295, IEC60502-2, GB/T12706.2 & 3, IEC60228, IEC60332-1 & IEC60332-3, IEC60331.

TYPE & CONSTRUCTION

MV un-armoured fire resistant cable:

Conductor: Stranded circular compacted copper, class 2 to IEC60228
Conductor screen: semi-conducting layer
Insulation: cross-linked Polyethylene(XLPE)
Insulation screen: semi-conducting layer
Metallic screen: copper tape or open copper wires
Assembly: Filler and binder tape for 3-core cable
Fire resistant layer: Ceramic Silicone Rubber
Outer sheath: low smoke halogen free polyolefin (LSZH)

MV armoured fire resistant cable:
