Turnover basket washer
The turnover box will be brought into washing machine by stainless steel chain, followed by heating the alkaline water --- high pressure hot water --- normal temperature water --- disinfectant water--- normal temperature air knife to remove water. The box will be clean and fish sterilizing and air drying. It can add brush after alkaline water for specific size boxes to wash the bottom and side edge to improve the cleaning effect. Use continuous cleaning to improve the cleaning efficiency.

1) The main body of the device is made of 304 stainless steel material, hygienic and clean
2) The nozzle adopts the food grade high temperature plastic nozzle or stainless steel nozzle, the cleaning angle can be adjusted; the up and down and left and right adopt different models to avoid the dead angle and ensure the cleanliness.
3)The pump adopts stainless steel special hot water pump.
Motor speed using mechanical stepless adjustable or variable frequency adjustable, suitable for clean degree is not the same basket.
4)On both sides of the fence rail can be adjusted left and right for cleaning baskets of different sizes.
5)The spray pipe on the top can be adjusted up and down for cleaning the different height of the basket
6)Steam heating or electric heating can be used in the heating hot alkali water and hot water tank.
