The cold van body dimension of FOTON AUMARK S5 day old chicks transported carrier is 6670×2300×2400 (mm). The interior and exterior of the van box body with fiber reinforced plastics(FRP), and the middle insulation layers of 80mm thickness PU foam. There are sliding windows and waterproof blind-windows. The air will be from the van body floor ventilation
Left and right sides of the van body are with 12 sets 40*40 Mesh Plates for the cold air from the reefer. There are several 320*320 electronic ventilator fans mounted on the truck top and the rear door plate. Folding Shelves are for the two sides van body. Both Two sides of the van body with 5 blind-windows; while top mounted sky-window. Three lines of ventilator Air Ducts mounted on the van floor. The reefer choose high quality China made engine-powered refrigerator( the lowest temperature inside the cold room box up to -10℃, adjusted at the driver cab). The heating system is selective.
Dayold chick transport box truck is mainly used to transport dayold baby chicks
The material and main structures are very similar to common refrigerated trucks, with FRP inside and outside plate, and middle material of box plate is PU foam insulation material, so it has very good thermal insulation capacity
The ventilation system is very important: blind window, electric fans, hot and cold air aisle, front air inlets
The heating system: for some cold areas, the box body will be equipped with heating device to warm the inside of box body
The cooling system: for the inside temperature of box body, commonly should be maintained at 10~20℃ which is the best comfortable temperature for dayold chicks. So refrigeration unit is a must, according to different size box and environment temperature in the country. Here for this 8.6m box, it is equipped with Thermo King T800 refrigeration unit. Of course, we also have Hanxue, Kaixue, Huatai, and other good brand refrigeration units
