KODI LPG food rotary spray dryer machine is widely applied in liquid process shaping and drying industry. It is a special drying equipment that is suitable for producing solid powder or practical products by drying liquid material like emulsion, suspension liquid, mash, liquor and so on. And it is a strong performer in drying polymer and resin; dye and pigment; ceramics, glass; rust remover; vermifuge; carbohydrate, dairy products; detergent and surfactant; fertilizer, organic compounds and inorganic compounds.
Working Principle of KODI LPG-5 Plus Model Centrifugal Pilot Lab Spray Dryer Machine
After being filtered and heated, air enter into the air distributor which is at the top of the dryer and then hot air enter into
drying chamber in spiral evenly. At the same time, the feed liquid is rotated, atomized to vaporous droplet and dried into
manufactured products in a very short time by the co-current contact with hot air. The manufactured products are continuously exported from the bottom of the dryer tower and cyclone separator and the waste gas will be discharged by the suction fan after cleaning.
