Yellow light led tube does not contain UV T8T5 tube
The LED UV-free yellow light tube produced by our company can effectively inhibit the release of ultraviolet rays with wavelengths below 400~500nm, and successfully solve the damage to high-precision electronic products and rare collections caused by natural or artificial light sources.
Yellow light tube use
PCB factories, microelectronics factories, printing factories, etc. all use photolithography and chemical etching methods to print small circuits on specific substrates. The glue used for etching is sensitive to ultraviolet or visible light below 420nm. If the white light tube with ultraviolet light is used for lighting, the result is that the edges of the fine circuit etched on the circuit board are blurred, which seriously reduces the quality of the PCB or printing plate, so the yellow light without ultraviolet light tube must be used. The spectrum output by ordinary fluorescent lamps contains ultraviolet rays, and ultraviolet rays with wavelengths of 253.7nm and 365nm will cause the fading of textiles and color prints, and will accelerate the aging of paper, plastic, food and other substances, which is harmful to collections that need to be preserved for a long time.
Yellow light tube features:
The semiconductor industry needs to use photoresistors when installing modules of integrated circuits. For this operation, the lighting in the operating room is required to not contain light with wavelengths below 500 nm. The pure yellow LED yellow light is the most suitable fluorescent lamp for this purpose. In the design, the designer used a special material that can filter out all the light with wavelengths below 500nm to make the yellow light shade.
