A Stainless steel wedge wire welded mine screen slot sieve plate is a metal filter product with high mechanical strength and a self-supporting structure.
It is made of two parts: a V-shaped profile wire and T-shaped (triangular) support rod, which is welded through the ring fusion welding process. The profile wire is the filtering surface, and the supporting rod plays a supporting role.
Compared with other metal filter cores: Firm structure, stable filtration accuracy, not blocked, high opening area.

Width of the wire: 0.75mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 1.8mm, 2 mm, 2.5mm, 3mm.
Height of the wire: 2 mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm, 4.5mm.
The specification of the wire can be customized according to the customer's requirements.
