6. The hydrostatic hydraulic transmission drive in close system, consisting of SAUER PV20/21/22/23/24 serie heavy duty piston pump and motor can work continuously with pressure 21Mpa under max. speed.

7. Peak pressure of system is up to 35Mpa, and min. pressure is 0.9Mpa higher than housing pressure.

8. Max. housing working presssure is 0.28Mpa. 

9. Set pressure of charging relief valve of pump and motor are respectively 1.31- 1.45Mpa and 1.10-1.24Mpa higher than housing pressure, and max. oil temperature is 80°C

Feture:
Series 90 axial piston variable displacement pumps are of cradle swashplate design with variable displacement, and are intended for closed circuit applications.
The flow rate is proportional to the pump input speed and displacement.

The latter is infinitely adjustable between zero and maximum displacement.
Flow direction is reversed by tilting the swashplate to the opposite side of the neutral (zero displacement) position.
Details regarding the choice of hydraulic fluid     
The correct choice of hydraulic fluid requires knowledge of the operating temperature in relation to the ambient temperature: in a closed circuit the circuit temperature. The hydraulic fluid should be chosen so that the operating viscosity in the operating temperature range is within the optimum range - the shaded area of the selection diagram. We recommended that the higher viscosity class be selected in each case. Example: At an ambient temperature of X °C an operating temperature of 60 °C is set. In the optimum operating viscosity range (shaded area) this corresponds to the viscosity classes VG 46 or VG 68; to be selected: VG 68. Please note: The case drain temperature, which is affected by pressure and speed, is always higher than the circuit temperature. At no point in the system may the temperature be higher than 115 °C. If the above conditions cannot be maintained due to extreme operating parameters, please consult us.
