The loop (contact) resistance tester is refined with advanced high-power switching power supply technology and advanced electronic circuits. It is a special test instrument for the contact resistance of high and low switches, cables and wires and welding seams. Its current adopts the 100A/200A DC recommended by the national standard GB736, and the resistance value of the tested product can be measured under the condition of 100A/200A current. The instrument has the characteristics of small size, light weight, strong anti-interference ability, high precision, convenient operation and perfect protection function.
1. High current: Using the latest switching power supply technology, it can continuously output large current for a long time, overcome the drawbacks of the instantaneous current of the pulsed power supply, and can effectively break down the oxide film of the switch contact to obtain good test results.
2. High stability: Under severe interference conditions, the last digit of the LCD screen data can be stable within the range of ±1 word, the reading is stable, and the repeatability is good.
3. High precision: It adopts dual-channel high-speed 16-bit Σ-Δ AD sampling, the latest digital signal processing technology, and the highest resolution reaches 0.01μΩ. It is the only contact resistance tester that can achieve 0.01μΩ resolution and is very stable in China. Its performance exceeds Imported high-current micro-ohmmeter.
4. Intelligence: Using imported high-performance CPU, the system automatically switches the range according to the signal size during measurement, which ensures the test accuracy of the product. The over-temperature protection circuit can automatically stop the output current when the instrument exceeds the set temperature to ensure the safe use of the instrument.
5. High quality: All key components are imported components, and the influence of ambient temperature on the measurement results is effectively eliminated through the cleverly designed temperature compensation circuit. The use of military connectors enhances the anti-vibration performance.
6. Powerful functions: the current can be freely selected between 50A and 100A, and the test time can be arbitrarily set within 5s~599s, which overcomes the defects that other similar instruments cannot set the measurement time or the continuous working time is too short. performance of other similar instruments.
7. Friendly man-machine interface: It is convenient and quick to input data by rotating the mouse. You can independently set the date and time of the instrument, save the measurement data in real time, and print the measurement results in real time.
8. A variety of communication methods: It can communicate with the computer through the RS232 serial port (9 pins) or USB data line, and upload the measurement data to the computer for further analysis and processing by the test personnel.
9. The loop resistance measuring instrument is easy to use: small size, light weight, easy to carry.
Precautions:
1. Before turning on the power switch, the current adjustment button should be adjusted counterclockwise to the "zero position".
2. The instrument has overcurrent, overvoltage, and overheating protection functions, and users can use it with confidence.
