XL-21 low-voltage enclosed power cabinet is suitable for three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire and three-phase five-wire systems with AC voltage of 500V and below in power generation and industrial and mining enterprises. It is used for power lighting and power distribution. XL-21 low-voltage power cabinet has the characteristics of flexible power distribution scheme, convenient combination, strong practicability and novel structure.
Structural features
1. The main electrical properties meet the requirements of IEC60439-1: 992 and GB7251.1-997.
2. The auxiliary circuit has the functions of local, remote, automatic control and local and remote control switching, and the contactor can be protected by DC.
3. The power-receiving main switch has the optional protection of instantaneous tow buckle and thermal magnetic tow buckle. In order to cooperate with the next-level main switch, the instantaneous protection is canceled, and the leapfrog tripping is avoided, and it has the functions of automatic switching, manual operation and automatic switching.
4. The main switch of the feeding circuit has instantaneous tripping and thermal-magnetic tripping protection, and leakage protection can be added when the user requires.
5. The motor control circuit has short-circuit instantaneous, overload, under-voltage release and phase failure protection.
Use environmental conditions:
1. Ambient temperature: -5℃～+40℃, and the average temperature within 24h should not exceed +36℃.
2. Altitude: no more than 2000m.
3. Relative humidity: no more than 50% when the ambient air temperature is +40°C; higher relative humidity (eg: 90% at +20°C) at a lower temperature, considering the allowable temperature change Produces moderate condensation.
4. The inclination of the equipment from the vertical plane should not exceed 5°C during installation. The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration, shock and corrosion.
The user should provide the following information when ordering:
1. All models of the product (including the main circuit scheme number and the auxiliary circuit scheme number);
2. The main circuit system diagram and the plane arrangement diagram of the cabinet;
3. Electrical schematic diagram of auxiliary circuit;
4. List of components in the cabinet (main busbar specifications);
5. Cabinet color (if there is no requirement, it will be supplied in light camel gray);
6. Cabinet size (if there is no requirement, it will be determined by our company according to the situation). Other special requirements that do not meet the normal use conditions of the product.
