  1. The cabinet body of GGD type AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet adopts the form of general cabinet, and the frame is assembled by local welding of 8MF cold-formed steel. The frame parts and supporting parts are supplied by the steel manufacturer. 2. The design of the GGD cabinet fully considers the heat dissipation problem during the operation of the cabinet. There are different numbers of heat dissipation holes at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet heat up, the heat rises. It is discharged through the slot at the upper end, and the cold air is continuously supplemented into the cabinet by the slot at the lower end, so that the sealed cabinet forms a natural ventilation channel from the bottom to the top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.

3. The cabinet door is connected with the frame by a hinged living hinge, which is easy to install and disassemble. A mountain-shaped rubber-plastic strip is embedded in the folded edge of the door. The direct collision with the cabinet also improves the protection level of the door.

4. The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multi-strand soft copper wires, and the whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection circuit.

5. The top paint of the cabinet is made of polyester orange-shaped baking paint, which has strong adhesion. The whole cabinet has a matt tone, which avoids the glare effect and creates a more comfortable visual environment for the staff on duty.

6. The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary, which is convenient for the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the top of the cabinet are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.

8. The protection grade of GGD shell is IP30, and it can also be selected between IP20~40 according to user needs and environmental requirements.


Normal use conditions:

1. The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m;

2. The temperature of the surrounding medium should not be higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃, and the average temperature of 24h should not exceed +35℃;

3. The indoor relative humidity does not exceed 90% (when the temperature is 25°C);

4. There are no conductive dust and gases that corrode metals and destroy insulation;

5. There is no violent vibration and bumps, and the vertical inclination does not exceed 5°;
