Key Functional Specifications
When dealing with a 2000mm unit, the mechanical forces involved are immense. Most top-tier manufacturers (such as Bauer-, Leffer-, or Casagrande-) design these with the following approximate capabilities:
Torque: Usually ranges from 3,500 kNm to 5,000+ kNm. This is necessary to overcome the skin friction of a 2000mm pipe at depths often exceeding 50 meters.
Lifting Force (Extraction): Can exceed 400 tons (4,000 kN). This allows the rig to pull the casing back out after the concrete has been poured, even if the soil has begun to "seize" the pipe.
Oscillation Angle: Typically around 25° to 30°. The machine "wiggles" the casing back and forth while pushing down, which significantly reduces the friction compared to a straight push.
Integration with Drilling Rigs
A 2000mm oscillator is rarely a standalone unit; it is almost always integrated with a large Hydraulic Rotary Drilling Rig:
Hydraulic Connection: The oscillator is powered by the rig’s auxiliary hydraulic system or a separate Power Pack.
Mounting: It is attached to the undercarriage of the rig using a specialized attachment frame. The rig provides the "reaction weight" to keep the oscillator stable.
Drilling Tool: While the oscillator manages the casing, a 2000mm Drilling Bucket or Rock Auger works inside the casing to remove the soil

Critical Operational Considerations
Casing Type: For a 2000mm oscillator, you must use Double Wall Casing. Single wall casing will likely buckle or "ovalize" under the clamping pressure and torque of an oscillator this size.
Clamping Collars: Ensure the clamping inserts are in perfect condition. If the inserts are worn, the oscillator will slip on the steel casing, scarring the metal and losing torque efficiency.
Reaction Weights: Because of the 2000mm diameter, the "uplift" force during extraction can actually lift the drilling rig off the ground. Often, additional counterweights or "screw-in" anchors are used to keep the setup grounded.
Lubrication: The heavy-duty bushings and pivot points of the oscillator are under constant pressure. Automatic lubrication systems are highly recommended for units of this scale.
