Product Description
FRP pultrusion is one of new FRP production processes, it’s formation easily, main material are fiberglass and resin, it is a continuous process for the manufacture of products having a constant cross section, such as rod stock, structural shapes, beams, channels, pipe, tubing, fishing rods etc.
Pultrusion is a continuous molding process that can produce FRP products of infinitely long constant sections.The raw material contains liquid resin mixture(including resin,filler and special addictive)and reinforsed fiber(including fiberglass roving,mat and fabric).Reinforced fiber is pulled by traction device,wetted by resin mixture,extruded into a certain shape through the heated die and released into a constant FRP profiles.
This production line can be used to produce different size and type FRP products with different moulds. It is totally auotomatic,so it just needs one person to operate the machine,to save the labour force at the greatest extent.
Hydraulic type pultrusion machine is controlled by PLC, which adopts hydraulic pressure type to-and-fro as traction force with pneumatic length-fixing cutting.
FRP pultrusion process:
The yarns,other continuous fiberglass materials and polyester mat fixed on the support will be pulled into resin for dipping,go across the hot mould to form the special profiles automatically.FRP pultrusion&winding process:
In the case of ensuring the tensile strength,this process could increase the bending strength and rigidity to improve the whole strength.It is also good to increase the length/diameter ratio and decrease weight.Winding angle could be adjusted as client’s requirement to optimize the product design.
Our machine characteristics:
1. Traction gantry make ordered according to requested length
2. We used the latest technology: pump is multi-group pump source (to ensure stability in forward speed). Hydraulic parts are made of stacked clip (easy maintenance), and the tension and clamping force can make stepless adjustment .
3. It has single and double manually operated gantry and double gantry automatic reciprocating running function. Automatic intermittent time can be automatically set, and the actual production tension can be feedback by sensor.
4. Three-stage temperature control of thermal temperature control device, to achieve automatic control of heating temperature of the mold.
