Main features
1) The dry ice pelletizer machine has vertical oil cylinder, and the cylinder moves up and down, eliminating the defect of pulling the cylinder caused by the eccentric load of the horizontal dry ice machine.
2) The floor space is very small, and the mold can be replaced standing on the ground and there is a lifting trolley, which is labor-saving and convenient. For other models in the industry, the staff need to climb and stand on the 2-meter-high equipment and need to hold the mold manually, which is very dangerous.
3) It has double-sided dry ice discharge ports. The side discharge can be used to connect the pellets to the dry ice box separately, and the front discharge pellets directly enter the hopper of the dry ice reformer machine. The feeding is reliable, eliminating the defects of the industry that the pellet machine is usually set up very high, and the dry ice flows into the reformer through a long chute, which brings about the difficulty and danger of operation and maintenance.
4) The dry ice pellet machine and briquetting machine are all driven by imported oil pumps, which are highly reliable, energy-saving, and save hydraulic oil.
5) The weight of the dry ice block can be adjusted steplessly, and the weight error of each dry ice block is within 10g.
