Transformer Oil Regeneration Decolor and Acid Remove Machine
APPLICATION:
Assen Transformer Oil Regeneration Decolor and Acid Remove Machine is used in power plants, electric power company, transformer industry, metallurgy, petrochemical, machinery, transportation, railway and other industries. It is speicial designed for seriously aging transformer oil with acid and free carbon. It can not only remove water, gas and other impurities, but also reduce the acid value and free carbon after treatment.
In particular, the depth of purification of large new oil on the above 110KV transformer substation site maintenance, as well as high-grade imported oil, transformer oil, oil EHV transformer oil. It can also be used for vacuum oiling and drying transformer. Field live working. This plant can fast remove water, gas and other impurities in the oil, it can also remove acid, free carbon and decolor the oil to extend the lifetime of transformer oil and save company's cost.
FEATURES:

6.Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.
7.Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
8.Functions of live line work onsite, vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.
