Product Introduction
The JYXC-270 poled relay is an important component in the interlocking equipment and the main equipment to ensure the safe operation of the system. The signal relay can control the switching of the turnout, lock and unlock the way, and control the opening and closing of the signal machine. Relays are widely used in railway signal technology, called signal relays, which are important components in railway signal technology. It plays an important role no matter as the core component of the relay signal system or as the interface component of the electronic or computer signal system. The reliability of the relay action directly affects the reliability and safety of the signal system.
Product Usage
The JYXC-270 poled relay is used in the signal circuit to automatically block the direction relay in the single-wire automatic blocking and change the direction of operation circuit.
Features
1. The relay is designed according to the needs of the bistable circuit in the signal circuit. Permanent magnets are added to the magnetic circuit system of the relay, so that the relay has two stable states of positioning and reverse due to the different polarity of the current in the coil. These two stable states can continue to be maintained after the current in the coil disappears.
2. The use of silver-silver oxidation requires contacts, which has the characteristics of strong anti-adhesion and low contact resistance.
3. The magnetic circuit adopts electromagnetic pure iron material with small residual magnetism, and a stop piece is installed at the closed position of the armature and the iron core to ensure the minimum air gap of the magnetic circuit, prevent the magnetization of the ferromagnetic parts of the magnetic circuit, and ensure the reliable fall of the relay.
4. The contact system is composed of ordinary contacts, with four groups of positioning and reverse conversion ordinary contacts.
5. The rated current of the relay is DC 48mA.
Applicable environment
The applicable environment of the relay is:
a) Ambient temperature: -40℃~+60℃;
b) Relative humidity: not more than 90% (temperature +25°C);
c) Air pressure: not less than 70kPa (equivalent to an altitude below 3000m);
d) Vibration: the vibration frequency is not more than 15Hz, and the amplitude is not more than 0.45mm;
e) Working position: horizontal;
f) There should be no harmful gas causing explosion hazard around, and good dust-proof measures should be taken.
Unpacking inspection
a) The whole machine should be in good condition, and the steel wire clamp should not be loose;
b) The position and number of the type hole in the type cover should be correct;
c) There should be no foreign objects inside.
