Infinitely enhanced contact relay: JWJXC-100 is a dedicated multiplexer used to close and open the signal control circuit. It is an important part of railway signals.

It plays an important role no matter as the core component of the relay signal system or as the interface component of the electronic or computer signal system. The reliability of the action of the relay directly affects the reliability and safety of the signal system.

The JWJXC-100 stepless strengthened contact relay is used as a power conversion and supervisory relay in the power supply screen.


Product function

The signal relay is an important component in the interlocking equipment, and is the main equipment to ensure the safe operation of the system. The signal relay can control the switching of the turnout, lock and unlock the route, and control the opening and closing of the signal machine. Its reliability, availability, maintainability and the entire sauna line are the keys to the safety of railway transportation and operational services.


Features

1. JWJXC-100 and JWJXC-7200 type relays are DC 24V, DC 220V heavy elastic contact electromagnetic relays, adopting the principle of "constant gravity" to force the moving and closing contacts to open when the coil is de-energized.

2. The use of silver-silver oxidation requires contacts, which has the characteristics of strong anti-adhesion and low contact resistance.

3. The magnetic circuit adopts electromagnetic pure iron material with small residual magnetism, and installs the stop piece at the closed position of the armature and the iron core to ensure the minimum air gap of the magnetic circuit, prevent the ferromagnetic parts of the magnetic circuit from magnetization, and ensure the reliable fall of the relay.

4. The magnetic circuit system of the relay is basically the same as the AX series of non-polar relays. The difference is the diameter of the iron core pole piece and the thickness of the armature stop piece to increase the release value and reduce the release time.

5. The contact system is composed of two parts: ordinary contacts and reinforced contacts. There are two groups of moving and breaking ordinary contacts; four groups of moving and closing reinforced contacts with arc extinguishing magnets. The structure of ordinary contacts is the same as that of non-polar relays. The reinforced contacts are specially designed. High-power contacts and arc extinguishers.
