The JVJXC-220/220 type has a pole reinforced contact relay used as a switch control relay in a signal circuit.

Features

1. The relay is designed according to the needs of the bistable circuit in the signal circuit. Permanent magnets are added to the magnetic circuit system of the relay, so that the relay has two stable states of positioning and reverse due to the different polarity of the current in the coil. These two stable states can continue to be maintained after the current in the coil disappears.

2. The use of silver-silver oxidation requires contacts, which has the characteristics of strong anti-adhesion and low contact resistance.

3. The relay contact system is composed of common contacts and reinforced contacts. There are two sets of positioning and reverse conversion common contacts, and two sets of positioning and reverse conversion reinforced contacts with arc-extinguishing magnets. The strengthened contact of the relay is specially designed for turning on the high current of the switch point machine.

4. The rated voltage of the relay is DC 24V.

b) Relative humidity: not more than 90% (temperature +25℃);

Installation method

The relay socket is installed on the combination frame (cabinet) with bolts, and the relay is inserted into the socket horizontally and clamped with a hanging spring.
