Application
Water affects the basic components of the oil, promoting oxidation, viscosity increase and foaming. Water also affects the additive package by water washing and hydrolysis, resulting in the depletion of acids and additives. Water promotes rust and corrosion, and increases wear due to aeration, which results in film strength failure, hydrogen foaming and embrittlement, and steam cavitation. Finally, water is a generator of other contaminants in the oil, such as waxes, suspensions, carbon and oxide insolubles, and even microorganisms. 9000 Lph CE Qualified Hydraulic Oil Filter Machine for Coolant Oil and Hydraulic Oil Recycling is designed to degassing water contant, and remove gas, particles and other impurities in the waste turbine oil, so that the oil can recover the properties of the new oil to compelet oil recycling process.
Features:
1. Breaking emulsification thoroughly with high- molecule polymeric material.
2. Dewatering very effectively with once and for two steps dehydrating method. It can thoroughly clear away the liquid water, free water and 80% dissolved water.
3. With distinctive removing impurities technique filtering through double FH trapezoidal network and absorbing by high polymer material, this machine can make the equal or surpass 200 and make the cleanness lower grade 6(NAS1638).
4. With the trapezoidal, spiral, automatic back flushing system.
5. With the advanced dielectric condensation devices.
6. On-line oil purification can be carried out with turbine or water turbine automatically without any person.
7.Deep and high-precision FH rectangular filter system can effectively remove iron filings, dust and impurities in the oil.
8.Self-developed H, P, M polymer material filtration technology.
9.Adopt high quality original components and connecting sealing materials to meet the requirements of high viscosity lubricating oil filtration with high temperature, and expand the type and range of oil that can be purified by oil filter.
