Technical parameters of fixed support for sewage treatment equipment of QJB submersible mixer installation system
Submersible mixer installation system:
1. The installation system of submersible mixer can quickly install and disassemble the submersible mixer without discharging the sewage in the pool;
2. The installation system I-1 is only applicable to the pool depth
And the angle can be adjusted in the horizontal and vertical directions; When the pool depth is > 4m, the installation system I-2 type shall be selected;
3. The guide rods of installation system II and III can rotate around the axis of the guide rod in the horizontal direction, and the angle is ± 60;
4. When H > 4m, a support frame shall be added in the middle of the guide rod;
5. The support frame, lower bracket, pool wall and pool bottom are fixed with expansion bolts or chemical anchor bolts without reserved holes;
6. When ordering, please provide the pool depth h and pool shape drawing to determine the size of guide rod and the number of support frames;
7. The installation system is made of stainless steel and carbon steel for corrosion protection;
8. Multiple mixers can share a set of lifting system.
