Introduction

 This instrument adopts the internationally popular heat flow meter testing method of thermal conductivity, equipped with a computer to realize automatic testing. It is re-optimized and designed on the basis of our company's original DRPL-1, and adapts to the testing requirements of various common materials thermal conductivity.

 

This instrument is based on the test principle of the steady-state flat plate method. A stable hot surface temperature is added to the hot surface. The heat is transferred to the cold surface through the sample. The transferred heat flow is measured. Then the thermal conductivity and heat transfer coefficient can be calculated according to the thickness and heat transfer area of the sample. Hinder. This test method is simple, fast and reproducible. It is very suitable for the research and development of material heat transfer.
