Phosphated & Degrease Filter Paper
This product can be used for automotive plant metal surface spraying treatment, phosphating slag removal and degreasing slag removal filter equipment with filter paper, such as imported automatic dewatering phosphating slag removal machine, FK phosphating filter press, MCF series belt filter, ALSI filter press, (PS) filter system and other phosphating filter paper required.
Phosphating filter paper size:
650mm×25m, 650mm×50m, 650mm×100m, 500mm×25m, 500mm×50m, 915mm×270 and so on.
Filtering accuracy: 5um.
Product information:
With the process of phosphating, phosphating sediment is inevitable. If too much phosphating slag is not removed from the tank liquid in time, it will not only pollute the phosphating liquid and shorten its service life, but also adhere to the metal surface to affect the quality of the phosphating film and the coating quality of the whole component; For injection system, phosphate slag is overmuch, easy to cause nozzle clogging, pipe blockage, reduce the heat transfer efficiency of heat exchange system, cause the whole production line can't run normally, therefore, feasible measures must be taken to the slot liquid control within a certain range of phosphate slag content, as a result, various kinds of phosphate slag system (device) arises at the historic moment. Because the phosphating filter paper will be used in the related phosphating slag removal system (device), the demand for and phosphating filter paper should be born, and the demand is increasing.
Production and performance of phosphating filter paper:
it is made of fiber processing yarn, thread and filament fiber spinning thread. The purpose of phosphating treatment is to improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the film. At present, many automobile production processes are used in imported automatic dehydration phosphating slag removal machine.
