Application principle:
The purification treatment of emulsion filter paper is to remove the impurities such as debris and grinding wheel powder brought into the work in time. The commonly used purification methods are: vacuum filtration and separation. Vacuum filtration method is the use of vacuum filtration equipment, such as HOFFMAN, Germany siemak, Mitsubishi Hitachi vacuum filter, to remove the magnetic particle impurities produced by emulsion at work; Separation method is the application of gravity precipitation, inertia separation, magnetic separation and other devices, to remove the various impurities produced by the emulsion at work. Several methods are often used in practical production. It is not only simple manufacture, compact structure, and good filtration effect, can ensure that the emulsion has a high cleanliness.
Filter paper features:
● High tensile strength, small coefficient of variation using the mesh process, forming reinforcement, so that the tensile strength enhancement, stability, maintain the use of initial strength and use the same strength.
● High filtration precision, the use of polyester fiber and polymer film combination, selection of filtration materials can meet the accuracy of users requirements.
● The filter material is not corroded by the cutting fluid, does not change the chemical properties of the cutting fluid, and can be used normally in the range of -40℃ ~ 120℃.
● The selected filter material can withstand the mechanical force of the filter equipment and the influence of temperature, used for emulsion filter material, its wet breaking strength will not be reduced.
● The requirements of the filter material void ratio is large.
