WNS type automatic horizontal steam boiler is a horizontal quick - mounted internal - burning three - return - trip fire tube boiler.The bifurcated flue gas is used to wash the second and third return flue gas pipes successively, and then the flue gas chamber is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.The boiler is fitted with movable front and rear smoke box covers to facilitate boiler maintenance.

Special Structure and High Efficiency: All system is well mounted on the base, its system is portable. The users no need to consider the pipeline installation, wire connection. After receiving the goods, just supply water, electricity, fuel. It is equipped with renowned brand burners(BALTUR, RIELLO, HOFAMAT, ECOFLAM), also finned tube type economizer can ensure boiler's thermal efficiency up to 95%.
High Quality Control: In manufacturing processes, we has adopting steel strength test, automatic steel cutting plate rolling/
welding,100% x-ray welding check, magnetic particle check c-scan ultrasonography Ultrasound check, fluorescent pene-trating check, hydraulic (water) pressure test, boiler thermal efficiency test, etc, to make sure all finished products is qualified.
Automatic Safe Operation: WNS series package steam boiler is equipped automatic burner ignition, automatic water-level control, auto-matic pressure control, automatic interlock chain stop protection, free settable working pressure, free settable ON/OFF time, visible system's working states on screen.
Easy Maintenance: WNS series boiler uses full water back tube-sheets instead of traditional dry back tube-sheet, can avoid the dry-fire broken, reduce the range of steel cooling contraction and hotting expansion. Also, we adopting openable smoke-boxes, users can replace the broken fire-tubes conveniently.
WNS type automatic steam boiler is equipped with industrial burners with good technical performance. It adopts advanced technologies such as automatic proportional regulation of combustion, automatic regulation of water supply, program start and stop, automatic operation, etc. It also has automatic protection functions such as high and low water level alarm, extremely low water level, ultra-high steam pressure and flameout.The boiler has the characteristics of compact structure, safe and reliable, simple operation, quick installation, less pollution, low noise and high efficiency.
