Steam Boiler Feature
1.Special Structure and High Efficiency: All system is well mounted on the base, its system is portable. The users no need to consider the pipeline installation, wire connection. After receiving the goods, just supply water, electricity, fuel. It is equipped with renowned brand burners (BALTUR, RIELLO, HOFAMAT, ECOFLAM), also finned tube type economizer can ensure boiler’s thermal efficiency up to 95%.
2.High Quality Control: In manufacturing processes, we has adopting steel strength test, automatic steel cutting plate rolling/ welding, 100% x-ray welding check, magnetic particle check c-scan ultrasonography Ultrasound check, fluorescent penetrating check, hydraulic (water) pressure test, boiler thermal efficiency test,etc, to make sure all finished products is qualified.
3.Automatic Safe Operation: industrial steam boiler is equipped automatic burner ignition, automatic water-level control, automatic pressure control, automatic interlock chain stop protection, free settable working pressure, free settable ON/OFF time, visible system’s working states on screen.
4.Easy Maintenance: horizontal steam boiler uses full water back tube-sheets instead of traditional dry back tube-sheet, can avoid the dry-fire broken, reduce the range of steel cooling contraction and hotting expansion. Also, we adopting openable smoke-boxes, users can replace the broken fire-tubes conveniently.

Boiler Features
1. It adopts horizontal full wet back structure, compact overall layout, beautiful appearance and high thermal efficiency.
2. The use of micro-positive pressure operation effectively improves the combustion intensity of the furnace, makes the boiler of the same capacity smaller, eliminates the air leakage of the furnace and flue of the boiler, and improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
3. The external integrated fin-tube economizer and external independent condenser are compact in structure and convenient for maintenance. The current popular condensing technology is adopted to reduce the exhaust gas temperature and improve thermal efficiency.
4. Using advanced EDA design technology, detailed calculation of furnace body structure and size, effective control of flue gas flow rate and resistance, reasonable and full use of flame and flue gas heat exchange, and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
5. The application of the corrugated furnace structure not only increases the heating area but also increases the disturbance of the flue gas, and the application of the threaded smoke tube technology increases the convective heating surface.
6. Using frequency conversion water supply and control technology to ensure the condensation rate of water vapor in the flue gas.
7. The condenser is made of special steel with "sulfuric acid resistance and low dew point corrosion", which greatly increases the service life.
8. Using reasonable structural design and excellent refractory and thermal insulation materials, the surface temperature of the furnace is greatly reduced, so that the surface temperature is lower than 50 degrees (above the standard), reducing heat loss, and improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
9. Adopt a new design to reduce the emission of harmful substances during fuel combustion and meet the environmental protection standards, especially to reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides and meet the low nitrogen emission standards.
